Life Can Be Ruff!!!

One day we are humming along, all is well and then BAM!!! It all
explodes.  Sam flew to N.C. for what he thought was a business trip
and was "laid off".  That was only a week ago and it seems an eternity.
So we get to go through that lovely "unemployment" process again.
Thank God we have that though.  Then his younger sister, Joyce was
diagnosed with a brain tumor.  As I type, they are preparing her for
surgery.  All the family is there, and we have her covered with prayer.
AND,  we are changing churches.  Sam will be an Associate at a small
country church starting May 10th.  We have been at our church for over
28 years, so the transition will be a sad one.  So, humming along and
in a blink, it all can change.  God DOES have a strange sense of humor.
