HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

I'm taking this time to say Happy New Year to you, and am wishing blessings on you all.  God has been good to us this past year, in spite of all the uncertainties of jobs etc.  We still don't have a job nailed down, but we are continuing to hope and look forward to 2017 and the blessings that the Lord will bestow on us.  Two jobs are pending for Sam, and we once again are "waiting".  One of my friends said, "Life is a waiting room", and she certainly is right about that.  Our favorite verse is
Isaiah 40: 28-31,  some versions say "they that WAIT on the Lord", and the NIV says "they that
HOPE on the Lord".  I HATE to wait, but I certainly can and do HOPE on Him.  So, that's my
prayer for the New Year, my Hope is for Sam to have a job that will sustain us until he is able to
retire.  He has no insurance right now, it's way too expensive, and no sick leave (we are having a
payless week right now) and no vacation.  These blessings come with a new job, which we know the Lord will bless us with.  So, we pray all the blessings on you, the wishes of your heart.  We send you
